After more than 35 years of executive leadership, organizational transformation, and executive coaching, I've come to one enduring belief:

Long before I became an executive, I was a camp counselor. I thought I was there to influence young boys, but they profoundly influenced me. That experience sparked a lifelong journey of discovering that awareness changes everything. Since then, I've dedicated my career to helping leaders clarify reality, discover what's possible, and move forward with intention.
